HB23-1148: Temporary Prohibition on Rule-Making After Adopted

This bill will limit an executive agency's ability to engage in additional rule-making within a specified period of time following the agency's adoption of a rule. Essentially this bill will help the people of Colorado to adapt to the rules that executive agencies may implement without having to worry that the rule will be amended or changed right after it is authorized.

Paid for by Pelton for State Senate. Registered agent Marge Klein.
